Guide To Choosing Your First Martial Arts Gym
My name is Kai and I want to help you begin your journey into the world of martial arts.
My training experience includes the following:
-Trained in 12 different countries on 5 different continents.
-Trained at dozens of different gyms including Evolve MMA, Tiger Muay Thai, Boonchu, and Mike’s Gym.
-Learned from over a hundred different coaches including Saenchai, Lerdsila, John Wayne Parr, and John Danaher.
Who is this guide for?
This guide is for anyone who wants to learn martial arts but isn’t quite sure where to start.
Anyone can learn martial arts. Along with all the professional fighters I’ve trained with I’ve also trained with doctors, lawyers, teachers, mechanics, musicians, nurses and more.
I’ve even trained with a man who only has one leg, a man who had previously broken his back, and women who were pregnant.
All you need is the desire to learn.
My goal in creating this guide…
Is to save you time, money, energy, and effort. If you value your time like most people, $9.97 is a small price to pay to skip all the mistakes of driving around town to different gyms, endless google searches, scrolling through social media sites for hours, etc.
I’ve already done all the work and made all the mistakes for you. I’ve broken this guide down into three simple steps, as well as answered the most common questions people have asked me over the years.
Start now, don’t wait.
The longer you wait to start, the more you’ll regret not starting sooner. As you get older you will only become more set in your ways and more accustomed to your current lifestyle. The sooner you start, the sooner you will see the benefits of training.
Benefits of training include
-Better health
-Improved physique
-Increased confidence
-The ability to defend yourself and your loved ones.
Final thoughts
If you’ve been thinking about training martial arts, this guide will give you all the information you need to get started. If after reading through the guide you have any additional questions , go ahead and send me a message and I’ll make sure to answer them for you.
See you on the mats,
Kai
